ABOUT SAMANTHA HARDES - Therapist

The unravelling of my health journey came somewhere between my first yoga practice and my first colonic hydrotherapist treatment.

Both I deem to be pivotal moments that changed the trajectory of my life for good and for the better.

Since these eye and heart opening experiences I have delved into as much learning as possible to expand my awareness around health and energy.

This has manifested in the form of colonic hydrotherapy training, undertaking a bachelor of health science, several yoga teacher trainings and of course, countless books, podcasts and conversations.

As a health and fitness practitioner I seek to offer a culmination of traditional, easterm and western philosophies. I believe there is space for many modalities in the quest for health, vitality and a deep sense of self.

I have been a colon hydrotherapist for over 5 years and I still am constantly flawed by the physical, energetic and emotional shifts this therapy has to offer.

I believe it to be a great privilege to be a part of someone's own personal journey. The journey of healing is a deeply sacred one and for this reason I endeavour to create a safe space and offer gentle insights from my own experiences as one's journey unravels ahead of them.
